At Natylia, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Key Information
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Delivery time: 4–6 business days after dispatch
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
- Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM GMT
Order Processing
Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, we will begin processing it. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time using our order tracking page.
Delays
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or adverse weather conditions. Natylia cannot be held responsible for such delays but will always do our best to keep you informed.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Natylia cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
UK Deliveries
All orders shipped to the United Kingdom include VAT at checkout — so there are no surprise charges when your parcel arrives. Delivery times and tracking apply as described above.
